Partner Program Terms

These Partner Program Terms (“Partner Terms”) apply when you apply for or participate in the Sewak Partner Program on Sewaks (“we”, “us”, “our”). They supplement our Terms of Use. By submitting a partner application or checking the acceptance box on the application form, you agree to these Partner Terms.

1. Program overview

The Sewak Partner Program includes two tracks:

• Contributor — community members who help grow the directory through referrals, listings, and related activity.
• Listing partner — business owners who link an approved listing to Sewak Points (SP) offers and partner benefits.

Participation is subject to admin review. Approval is not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

To apply you must:

• have an active Sewaks account in good standing;
• provide accurate information in your application;
• upload the verification documents we request for your chosen track; and
• accept these Partner Terms at the time you apply or resubmit.

Listing partner applications require at least one admin-approved listing that you own.

3. Verification documents

Applications must include:

• Contributor — a government-issued ID that clearly shows your face.
• Listing partner — a business registration document (for example ABN certificate or equivalent) and a government-issued ID for the listing owner.

Documents may be images or PDFs uploaded through our secure upload flow. We use them only to assess your application and related compliance. We may reject applications where documents are missing, unreadable, expired, or do not match the applicant or listing.

4. Review, approval, and rejection

We review applications in our discretion. We may approve, reject, or request further information. If rejected, you may update your application and resubmit from your partner dashboard when invited to do so.

When approved:

• your contributor or listing partner profile is activated;
• a partner subscription plan may be assigned to your account; and
• you may access partner program features described on the site at that time.

We may suspend or revoke partner status if you breach these Partner Terms, our Terms of Use, or applicable law.

5. Sewak Points and offers

SP balances, earning rules, redemption limits, and offer publishing are described on the Sewak Points pages and may change from time to time. Partner status does not guarantee any minimum earnings or redemptions.

Listing partners are responsible for the accuracy and availability of offers they publish and for honouring valid redemptions in line with offer terms shown to users.

6. Conduct

You must not:

• misrepresent your identity, business, or authority to act for a listing;
• submit forged or misleading verification documents;
• abuse referral, points, or redemption systems; or
• use partner status to spam, harass, or mislead users.

7. Privacy

We handle application data and verification documents in line with our Privacy Policy. Do not upload documents you are not permitted to share with us.

8. Changes

We may update these Partner Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Partner Terms.
